By accessing, viewing, or utilizing the tools, calculators, templates, or client-side software provided by AIResumeATS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease usage of our website.

2. Nature of the Service & ATS Parsing Disclaimer

AIResumeATS provides automated keyword extraction, TF-IDF frequency scoring, and single-column document formatting tools intended to assist job seekers with structuring their resumes:

• No Guarantee of Employment or Interviews: While our 32 templates and algorithms are designed around documented US Workday, Taleo, and Greenhouse parsing standards, every employer configures their hiring software differently. AIResumeATS does not warrant, promise, or guarantee that using our software will result in job callbacks, interviews, or job offers.
• Informational Purposes Only: The match scores (0–100) and keyword recommendations generated by our tool are educational metrics intended to help you align your application with target job descriptions. You are solely responsible for ensuring the absolute truthfulness and accuracy of all claims on your resume.

3. Intellectual Property & Template License

All code, styling (`style.css`), JavaScript algorithms (`script.js`), visual layout cards, and template structures (`Modern Professional`, `Harvard Classic`, etc.) are the proprietary intellectual property of AIResumeATS:

• Personal License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to generate, export, download (`html2pdf.js`), and distribute your own customized PDF and JSON resumes created using our Service for your personal career search.
• No Commercial Scraping or Copying: You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or re-sell our proprietary 60-template CSS engine or keyword-matching software as a competing commercial product without prior written authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIResumeATS, its creators, developers, and hosting affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, missed job deadlines, or local storage data loss.

5. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance these Terms of Service or any feature of the AIResumeATS application at any time. Continued usage of our website following any posted modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
